What does the consultation form collect?

The consultation form stores only what you enter: full name, phone number, email (optional), experience level, main goal, physical limitations, preferred contact time, and an optional message.

In addition, to prevent abuse, a one-way hashed value of your network address is stored with each submission; your address cannot be recovered from it.

Storage

Where is the information kept?

Submissions are stored in a private storage area on the server — outside the public web path — as structured text files that cannot be downloaded over the web.
