Yoga Payammehr
Yoga Payammehr is a space for attentive practice, a deeper understanding of body and breath, and a gentler relationship with inner experience — guided by Maya Machawe and an approach that brings practice into everyday life.
Our view of practice
Practice is an opportunity to listen more closely to the body, observe the mind, become familiar with the quality of the breath, and learn to meet everyday life with greater awareness.
At Yoga Payammehr, yoga tradition sits alongside contemporary experience, mindful movement, breathing and meditation — without hurry, competition or grand promises.

A five-session journey to listen more gently to the body, make room for the breath, and explore mindful movement, prana, rest and meditation.
The current course, in five stages
Each stage makes room for the next — from listening to the body to shaping a personal practice that can live alongside everyday life.
Returning to the body and inner awareness
Breathing, prana and the traditional map of the vayus

Working with tension, arousal and restorative practice
Shaping a personal ritual and a 21-day practice
How we practise
Practice begins with what you notice in your body today, not with reaching an ideal shape.
Movement and breath are ways of paying attention, not a contest to do more.
Traditional yoga concepts are taught in their own context, without turning them into medical claims.
The aim is a lasting relationship with practice that can find a place in daily life.
A guide for the path
Founder of Cyclic Yoga
Maya Machawe has spent years teaching yoga, breath and meditation as parts of one integrated experience — one that does not separate movement, breath, observation and everyday life.
Her classes make room for questions, observation and personal experience. Practice is not meant to make you like someone else; it is an opportunity to see and hear your own experience more clearly.
